Margaret Benefiel, PhD
Margaret Benefiel, PhD, teaches spirituality and organizational leadership at Andover Newton Theological School in Boston, and is CEO of Executive Soul. Author of The Soul of a Leader (Crossroad, 2008) and Soul at Work: Spiritual Leadership in Organizations (Seabury Books 2005), she speaks widely, leads seminars and retreats, and offers spiritual direction and coaching to executives and organizations. For the 2003-2004 academic year, she occupied the O'Donnell Chair of Spirituality at Milltown Institute in Dublin, Ireland. She has written for The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Change Management, Personal Excellence, Organization, Managerial Finance, and Management Communication Quarterly, as well as many other periodicals.
